Part of the yard (David is with our awesome real estate agent, Missy).  Yes that is a car pad in the back yard.  Not sure how it was ever useful since there’s a house in between it and the driveway.

My parents were all-stars, came right over and starting painting this afternoon, made a Lowe’s run (of course), and my mom brought homemade barbecue sandwiches for the painting crew.  Thanks to David, John, Bill and Beth for getting the first coat up tonight!

More friends are coming tomorrow and David is hoping to have the painting finished by tomorrow night.  After much deliberation, I decided to only paint the living room, dining room/kitchen, and hall.  The bathroom and three bedrooms will stay neutral for the time being.
