birthday party.

Amelie’s birthday isn’t until the 10th, but we’ll be out of town next week, so we celebrated yesterday at our family’s 4th of July get together.  We took the kids to Wal-Mart beforehand and let Ams pick out her own party supplies (Mickey Mouse Clubhouse), party favors, and candles.  I think she loved the process as much as her party.

Thanks Cici for frosting the cupcakes!  I have to say here that on Amie’s second birthday, I was sick in bed and Martha made the cupcakes.  I’m inexpressibly thankful that Martha was in South Asia with us last year.  I’m also thankful that I am not sick on Amie’s birthday this year.
