florida trip.
We road-tripped-it to Orlando the weekend before Christmas, to visit family/supporters. My friend Praveena told me, “You’re more Indian than American when you talk about your family; you all seem very close.” And so we are.
As soon as we reached that warm Florida air we had to stop for iced coffee. I was disappointed that the cold seemed to follow us down; that first night the temps went down into the fifties and it never got warm again!
We let these kiddos open a Christmas gift on the trip; they were thrilled!
Judah loves his second cousins, Tristan and Gavin
Our kids were invited to participate in a neighborhood living nativity scene. Amie was asked to dress up as an angel, but nope, she wanted to be King Herod
The boys were the three wise men
There was a whole lot of cousin laughter at various times during the weekend; I’m so thankful for how much we all enjoy each other as adults, and how all the spouses have been welcomed in as part of the family
We had so much fun staying at Zach and Allison’s!
We got to go to an engagement party for these two. Welcome to the family, Bethany!
I love my family!
