Every Saturday David helps me with a few “settling in” projects–fixing furniture and lamps broken from shipping, hanging pictures, organizing. Here are some of our latest projects . . .
. . . of course there are other corners of our house that I refuse to photograph because they’re still disaster areas. But we’re getting there, little by little.

ok first, is that an Ikea futon? If so, we have the same one. Great minds think alike 🙂 And second, did you ask me about the color of my living/dining room walls? If so, SORRY! An acquaintance recently complimented me on our paint choice and an alarm bell went off something along the lines of, “you promised — you’d tell them the color and then you never did!” Yikes! It’s a simple trip to the basement… I promise I won’t let you down a second time 🙂

Laur, yes it is from Ikea and yes it’s the same as yours! What can I say…? Would love the color of your paint but you have 6 months or so to make that trip to the basement while we finish out our lease. 🙂 Love you!
